I was overweight most of my life. I started going regularly gym at least 2 hrs and avoided all the junk food. It was not very difficult as I was very much athletic. I wanted to be in shape to wear the clothes of my choice. I concentrated on cardio in the beginning and then went to weight training. My diet was high on protein and low on fat ( NO POTATOES,JUNK FOOD ,RICE). My mother and grandmother helped me in executing the new diet plan.
